These Terms & Conditions apply to all persons who access, register on, or use the db baji platform in any capacity. By proceeding to use this platform you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The db baji platform provides online sports betting — with a primary focus on live cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series — as well as live casino games, slot titles, and table games. All services are provided for entertainment purposes and are subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the db baji website accessible at https://db-baji.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by db baji subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product offered through the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. db baji makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country or region of residence.

1.3 Amendments to These Terms

db baji reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where a material change is being made, in which case db baji will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Access to, and use of, the db baji Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. There are no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by db baji for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under national or local law.
• You are not suffering from any condition, diagnosed or otherwise, that impairs your ability to make informed financial decisions, and you are not accessing the Platform under duress or compulsion.

2.1 Age Verification

db baji employs a mandatory age verification process at the point of registration. Players are required to confirm, by way of a declaration during registration, that they are aged 18 or above. db baji further reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a National Identity Card, passport, birth certificate, or any other government-issued identification — at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe as determined by db baji, the Account in question will be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending resolution.

2.2 Underage Gambling

Any individual found to have registered on the Platform while being under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player — including any winnings derived therefrom — will be forfeited and returned in accordance with applicable law. db baji actively supports the prevention of underage gambling and cooperates fully with any authority investigating a complaint in this regard. To access the full range of products and services available on db baji — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must create a registered Account. Account registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts on the Platform:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the db baji Platform. It is strictly prohibited for a single individual to register more than one Account, whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or any other combination of identifying details. Where db baji identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts, all such Accounts will be closed immediately, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the Player will be permanently barred from re-registering. This includes Accounts registered by members of the same household using the same device or IP address, unless prior written approval has been granted by db baji.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including their legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. It is the Player's ongoing obligation to ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date. db baji will not be held liable for any failure to deliver communications — including account verification messages, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional notifications — resulting from inaccurate or outdated registration details.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. Players must not share their login details with any third party, allow any third party to access their Account, or use the Account of another Player. db baji will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify db baji immediately at [email protected]. db baji recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of security to their Account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

db baji operates a KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. Players may be required to submit identity documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill confirming the registered address — before withdrawals are processed, at the Platform's discretion. KYC verification is a standard industry practice and is designed to protect both the Player and the Platform from fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All financial transactions on the db baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db baji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the four payment channels available to Players; no other deposit or withdrawal methods are currently supported.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, although db baji reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time, subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• db baji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, Players should note that their mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Players may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in their own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party's payment account, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to maintain consistency and reduce fraud risk.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 6 hours, subject to KYC status and the payment provider's processing schedule.
• db baji reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, and to delay processing for up to 72 hours while verification is completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• db baji does not permit withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Withdrawal destinations must match the Player's own registered account.

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit, Players should contact db baji support with the transaction reference number provided by their payment provider. db baji will investigate and, where the funds have been received by the Platform, credit the Player's Account within 24 hours of confirming the transaction. For disputed withdrawal transactions, Players should raise a support ticket within 48 hours of the expected processing window. db baji will liaise with the relevant payment provider on the Player's behalf.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the db baji Platform, including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey) and any other live or pre-match betting products.

5.1 Placing Bets

• Bets may only be placed by Players with a sufficient real-money balance in their Account to cover the stake. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Players should review their bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Minimum bet stakes and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting market interface. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and event.
• db baji reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that appear to be part of a coordinated strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.

5.2 Void Bets & Cancelled Events

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market settlement point is reached.
• The bet was placed on an incorrect price resulting from a manifest error by db baji's trading team, as determined at db baji's sole discretion.
• The event is postponed and not resumed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.

In cricket, specific rules apply to rain-affected matches and matches subject to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method calculations. Full cricket-specific betting rules are available within the Platform's Help section.

5.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for BPL, IPL, ICC events, and select bilateral cricket series. In-play odds update in real time and db baji may suspend markets at any point during a live event at the trading team's discretion — for example, while a wicket or review is being adjudicated. Bets placed during a market suspension will be rejected. db baji's settlement of in-play bets is final and based on official match data from the relevant governing body.

5.4 Errors & Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure that affects the correct transmission or recording of a bet, db baji reserves the right to void the affected bet(s). db baji will not be liable for losses arising from system outages, network interruptions, or any failure on the part of a third-party data provider that affects the accuracy of live odds or market settlements.

db baji regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, BPL/IPL season promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated in the terms of the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the Player's Account automatically without notice.

6.2 Eligible Games & Markets

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live sports betting typically contributes 100% of the stake towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the title. Table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 25%. Live casino games may have reduced or zero contribution. The contribution percentage for each game type will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

db baji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus funds — and any winnings derived therefrom — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit irrespective of the outcome; using automated software or scripts to place bets; and colluding with other Players to exploit a promotional offer. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account permanently closed.

6.4 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from bonus funds is capped at ৳20,000 or five (5) times the value of the original bonus awarded, whichever is lower. Any excess winnings above this cap will be removed from the Player's Account at the point of withdrawal request.

db baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player is under 18 years of age.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Player holds more than one Account on the Platform.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with their Account.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software as described in Section 6.3.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith with their payment provider.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the safety, integrity, or reputation of db baji or its other Players.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any Player may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting db baji's support team via email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, db baji will process the request within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the Player having satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use db baji's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming page. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will not be honoured.

7.3 Effect of Account Closure on Pending Bets

Where an Account is closed — whether voluntarily, by db baji, or via self-exclusion — any bets that were placed and remain unsettled at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal betting rules. Settlement outcomes will be reflected in the Account's final balance calculation prior to any refund of real-money funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db baji, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from a technical fault, system error, or market suspension;
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to maintain appropriate account security;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the Platform due to a third-party data feed error;
• Losses arising from delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider;
• Any interruption to service, platform downtime, or maintenance periods, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

8.1 Indemnification

By using the db baji Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless db baji and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.2 No Warranties

The db baji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. db baji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Reminder

Gambling involves financial risk. db baji strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits, gamble only with funds they can afford to lose, and to seek help if gambling is causing personal, financial, or social harm.
